In the context of the aggression of Yvan Colonna, a week ago, demonstrations turned into riots, on the night of Wednesday March 9 to Thursday March 10, in Corsica.
After the attack on Yvan Colonna in prison a week ago, the Corsican demonstrators are waiting for answers. The tension went up a notch again, Thursday, March 10, in front of the sub-prefecture of Bastia (Haute-Corse) where CRS received stone throwing. In Ajaccio (Corse-du-Sud) hundreds of high school students gathered in front of the prefecture. Marie-Antoinette Maupertuis, president of the Assembly of Corsica, spoke of a peaceful gathering and asks the state to understand the youth.
