In the ongoing battle between the ex-couple over their French vineyard, Jolie has filed a new complaint, the details of which were reported by the New York Times. Lawyers for the American actress allege that the agreement for her to sell her share of the vineyard depends on a confidentiality agreement which would prohibit her from speaking outside court about the physical and psychological abuse that Brad Pitt allegedly inflicted to Jolie and their children.

Angelina Jolie reports an event that took place in 2016, on a plane, during which her ex-husband allegedly “grabbed her by the head and shook her, then grabbed her by the shoulders and shook her again, before pushing her against the wall of the bathroom”. He then allegedly banged the ceiling several times ordering her out of the bathroom. The two children of the former couple would have tried to intervene. Brad Pitt then allegedly strangled one of them and punched the other in the face.

Jolie had filed a complaint with the FBI in 2016. She already claimed to have been physically and verbally assaulted. We learned of the complaint last summer, when the actress filed another lawsuit, this time against the FBI, for dropping the investigation against Pitt.

A child abuse investigation, still in connection with the incident on the plane, was also concluded without charges against Brad Pitt. The event described by the actress took place five days before she filed for divorce, in which she claimed sole custody of their six children.
