An assistant cellar master is urgently needed, in the South Bergerac area, for a full-time 3-month CDD with immediate hiring date. For a winery, in conjunction with the technical manager, the oenologist and the owner, you will be in charge of the management of the cellar, you will ensure the rackings, the blends, and the preparation for bottling.
