Pascal reminded us of what a “beggar” is, ie the association of 4 dried fruits (obviously born in Alsace). He also offered us a recipe for duck with dried fruit which can be nice if you are hosting this weekend.
Chantal, from Ludres, gave us her recipe for a tart with dried plums and Mirabelle plums and spices.
