Anaïs Leleux, ex-partner of Julien Bayou, files a complaint against the former leader of EELV for “moral harassment” and “fraudulent abuse of the state of weakness”

The former member of EELV, who was the partner of Julien Bayou, deputy for Paris and former national secretary of the party, from 2017 to 2021, also filed a complaint against X for “failure to assist a person in danger”. “They knew about it but they didn’t react”

“In my complaint, I cite a certain number of activists and executives of the EELV party because not only were they aware of these actions, but they did not react. Following her first testimony in the summer of 2022, in the form of a distress email preceding a suicide attempt and in which she accused him of “break women”, the EELV investigation unit into sexist and sexual violence had taken action.
