Manuel Bompard, coordinator of La France insoumise and deputy for Bouches-du-Rhône, was the guest of “4 Vérités” on France 2, Monday December 11.
Aurore Bergé, the Minister of Solidarity and Families, wishes to set up works of general interest for “failing parents”. “I think it’s an outrageous idea, which aims to make parents who want the best for their children, for the vast majority of them, feel guilty or responsible”estimated Manuel Bompard, coordinator of La France insoumise, Monday December 11, in “4 Vérités” on France 2. “We will always stigmatize the same thing, that is to say poor parents”he denounced.
The immigration bill “useless and demagogic”, according to the LFI deputy
From this Monday, MPs must examine the controversial immigration bill. “It is a useless and demagogic bill, which always follows the same logic”according to Manuel Bompard. “This is approximately the twentieth proposed law on immigration in 30 years. There is one every 18 months, always with the same reasoning: we are going to ensure that people cannot re-enter the national territory, and it doesn’t work”said the LFI deputy for Bouches-du-Rhône.
