It’s been seven months since Gaspard Ulliel died following a skiing accident. It was January 19, 2022, he was only 37 years old and was on vacation with his ex-girlfriend Gaëlle Pietri and their son Orso. On May 10, the Corsican model came out of the silence and paid him a poignant tribute on Instagram, which was also focused on the love life of the actor. “The acts of our lives are open to interpretation. The criticism that we can make of them allows us to orient our attitudes and our decisions. The content of the criticism from our accomplished acts encourages us to bring the future with a view to “a harmony that knows how to keep conflict and its sources at bay. This is how Gaspard and I have led our lives”, she first said. Before clarifying the love life of the interpreter of Yves Saint Laurent before his death: “No one shared Gaspard’s life at the time of the tragedy”she said, in order to “to protect his memory as well as the future of Orso”. She then evoked Vicky Krieps, who gave the reply to Gaspard Ulliel in his last film “More than ever”: “I am happy that the film ‘More than Ever’ is in selection at the Cannes Film Festival. I am also happy that Gaspard and Vicky Krieps supported each other on this shoot”then, Gaëlle Pietri concluded her tribute by thanking the father of her child: “I thank Gaspard for the intelligence he has given to his actions and his career. This is all that I support and that we have to preserve in a common dignity.”
This August 19 on Instagram, seven months after the disappearance of Gaspard Ulliel, Gaëlle Pietri sends an SOS on Instagram. By sharing, via her Instagram stories, a photo of the actor, which she comments on as follows: “Just the end of the world for seven months”, in reference to the film “Just the end of the world” by Xavier Dolan in which Gaspard Ulliel played the main role. A cry from the heart to be taken very seriously.
