The firefighters were alerted to a brush fire, this Saturday, June 11 in the morning, at Chemin Saint-Jean in Spéracèdes.
For now, the fire has covered about 10 hectares but a hundred would be threatened. Part of the flames spread near departmental road 4. This axis could be closed to traffic in the next few minutes.
The fire is now spreading towards the Cabris cross. Several houses and a perfume factory were protected.
Nearly 90 firefighters are mobilized on this intervention.
