The British SPA decided to make the animals sing to promote respect for them.

It all started with the initiative of the British equivalent of the SPA. The animal rights association has in fact hijacked Aretha Franklin’s Respect video by making it sing by animals. The famous song written by Otis Reding, and taken up by the American diva who made it a feminist anthem, becomes an anthem for the defense of animals and calls for us to think about our relationship with all species.

76% of students did not classify humans within the animal kingdom

“It is absolutely necessary that the way we consider animals evolve, whether towards pets, farmed animals. There is a big challenge to try to treat them better and ensure that they are no longer raised in battery rearing conditions and that their killing is also better considered”, confides an expert. In a study carried out on 25 CM1-CM2 classes, 76% of students did not classify humans within the animal kingdom.
