An investigation is opened for “intentional homicide by spouse” by the Bayonne public prosecutor’s office after the disappearance of a woman in the Urrugne sector (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), reports Wednesday June 26 France Bleu Pays Basque.

The woman sought is called Laure Zacchello. She is 43 years old, 1m65 tall, of slim build, with brown eyes and brown hair. She has not given any sign of life since Friday June 21. She was last seen in the Urrugne area around 8:30 a.m. and is actively sought in the Basque Country. The judicial police have launched a call for witnesses to try to collect information. Investigators have so far found his vehicle.

The Bayonne public prosecutor’s office, which currently suspects the partner of the forty-year-old, will hold a press conference on Thursday to provide an update on the ongoing investigations.
