After various cases of hospitalizations and deaths following the consumption of Buitoni pizzas, the Paris prosecutor’s office has decided to open a judicial investigation for homicides and involuntary injuries, endangering the lives of others and deception on the goods.
The Buitoni factory in Caudry (Nord) is still closed on Friday May 13, following a prefectural order. Many shortcomings were found.
