A complaint filed by the schoolgirl’s mother
“She gets off the bus, she starts walking on the sidewalk and there is a gentleman who arrives by car, he opens the door and he says to her: you are going to get in the car, little bitch”, explains Amira, the mother of the child. “Hearing that, my daughter ran off to take refuge in college, the man turned around in a black Volkswagen with the steering wheel on the right; he had a scarf, a hood”, specifies this mother, very distressed after this event.

“My daughter is doing better than me, she insisted on going to class; I don’t have the words, unfortunately it only happens in the movies, I never thought it would happen to us”. The mother of the family lodged a complaint with the gendarmerie.
A message from the principal of Chéran College
This Tuesday noon, the principal of the Chéran college, Gwénaëlle Pigault, sent information to parents via Pronote: “There was no physical contact between this adult and our student (…) There is no need to be unduly worried, however cautious reflexes are required while waiting for this individual is apprehended, can you advise your children never to approach a stopped car and to take the footpath that runs alongside the Renault garage?“
The principal of the college announces that she has received the parents and the authorities.
The prosecution opens an investigation
The Annecy prosecutor’s office opened an investigation on January 18, at the start of the afternoon, entrusted to the Rumilly gendarmerie brigade. “Everything is being done to find this individual.“, specifies the parquet floor this Tuesday evening.
