Alex Nevsky will be back this spring with an all-instrumental album titled Even the impossible blooms. A first piece, Sweetnesshas been revealed in recent days.
The singer-songwriter had released his previous album, wild pathin November 2019. Since the pandemic, Alex Nevsky had been rather discreet, after officially apologizing for “abusive” behavior during the wave of denunciations that shook the music industry in the summer of 2020.
The Scrapbook Even the impossible blooms is part of a larger project called beauty. “I started recording my album beauty exactly three years ago, on my birthday, explained Alex Nevsky on his Facebook page last week. I then offered myself the gift of realizing my most important artistic dream. I was giving myself the chance to take a risk, to grow, to learn. Since then, I have indeed learned a lot, often with joy, but also with pain and discouragement. It was the longest crossing of my life, but also the most beautiful. »
“Thank you for being there, for welcoming the new, for accepting what is changing, for welcoming beauty and celebrating sweetness,” he concluded.
The album will be released on March 17 on the LA be label.
