It was not really the way their supporters would have liked them to prepare for their match! While they will be opposed this Sunday April 24 to the Lyon team for a shock in the Champions League, the players of the PSG women’s team experienced yet another violent altercation between several members of the group on their lawn at the training, confirmed by the club in a terse press release.
Indeed, during their warm-up, Kheira Hamraoui, one of the strong players of the group, called aloud to her teammate Sandy Baltimore to reproach her for her game a few minutes earlier. Accusations that did not please his colleague, defended by several other players and insults were exchanged.
During the quarrel, which seems rather classic for a football warm-up, the tone rose so much that the staff had to separate several young women. It must be said that since last November, the PSG team is no longer a normal team: permanently under tension, the locker room is divided and reassembled against one of their teammates… the famous Kheira Hamraoui.
The 32-year-old woman had indeed been the victim of an assault in early November, with an iron bar in the legs. A sad event linked, according to the police, to his relationships with married men including former French international Eric Abidal, who had seen his couple explode after that. But an attack which above all turned all her teammates against her: indeed, during her hearing, she accused certain other PSG players without evidence, including Aminata Diallo, placed in police custody and then released without any charge against her.

Very shocked by this baseless denunciation, Aminata Diallo had been supported by most of her teammates including the talented Marie-Antoinette Katoto and Kadidiatou Diani, who had made an impression last February. When they had just scored a goal in the French team for a match against the Netherlands (Hamraoui had not been invited), they had formed an A with their fingers, then confirming on W9 that this gesture paid tribute to their friend.
Both have already announced that they will not stay at PSG if Kheira Hamraoui is extended there. However, it is rumored that the club would anyway seek to part with the player this summer to relax all of her locker room under pressure. For the moment, the latter was finally not selected to play in Lyon and was seen with her relatives with tears in their eyes on the edge of the field, surely tired too of having become the object of so many worries.
