The Toulousains should not miss each other this evening. After the poor performance against Section Paloise last Saturday (26-16), for the 3rd day of Top 14, Ugo Mola’s men received the Racingmen tonight and they largely fulfilled the contract.
It all started with a successful first half for Toulouse: two tries scored in the 23rd minute by Emmanuel Meafou then in the 32nd, followed by Mathis Lebel. But just before the break, the Racing players scored for the first time. Try by Donovan Taofifenua, converted (17-7).
After a somewhat soft start to the second half, it’s a festival on the Toulouse side: two other tries, the first of which, by Ange Capuozzo in Red and Black, in the 66th minute and then eight minutes later, Sofiane Guitoune scored the fourth try Toulouse, the test of the offensive bonus for Toulouse.
