Director Destin Daniel Cretton, who was behind the cameras for the film Shang-Chi: The Legend of the Ten Ringswill be the director of the next film in the Avengers franchise to be shot.

Marvel Studios revealed on Saturday, during San Diego Comic-Con, the May 2025 release of a new feature film set in the Avengers universe and titled The Kang Dynasty. The film will be a first title of a double which must be released six months apart. The second film will bear the title of Secret Wars. We don’t know who the director will be.
Little is known at this time about the film that Destin Daniel Cretton will direct, but it will revolve around Kang the Conqueror, a character who will make an appearance in the film. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumaniawhich is due to hit screens in 2023. No name of the cast has been revealed so far.
