(Montreal) Ginette Reno will release a new album in April, as well as her very first autobiography.
Fans of the illustrious Quebec singer will be able to purchase her 42e career album, which will be called It’s all me.
There will be 14 titles, composed in particular by Claude Gauthier, Félix Gray and Lambert. The singer herself wrote two songs with Christian Marc Gendron and Rick Allison.
His last album, For everdated back to 2018.
The 76-year-old artist’s autobiography will be in bookstores the same day. In his book titled Ginetteshe will confide in her “years of pain, courage and resilience”, we promise in a press release.
In an excerpt from the book published by her representatives, Ginette Reno affirms that she opens in her book “her most secret gardens”, adding that unlike her great success, she “is not just a song”.
The book was written with the help of songwriter Lambert.
It’s a return to the limelight for Ginette Reno, who recently had health problems. She had been hospitalized in October 2021, after suffering a heart attack.
