The “Guérir en mer” association helps caregivers set sail for a boat trip. During these free outings, they disconnect from their work.

On her boat, Marine Crest, president of the “Guérir en mer” association, takes health professionals. She suggests they go sailing to prevent and counter professional burnout. This general practitioner has chosen, in addition to her work, to take care of caregivers in difficulty. Against this ocean of stress, it offers free sea trips. Caroline Caquant, a nurse at the hospital, experienced burnout and is working to rebuild herself. During an outing, accompanied by a skipper, she set herself the challenge of taking the helm.

Soon “Healing in the Mountains”

The “Guérir en mer” association is present in Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône), Lorient (Morbihan) and Les Sables d’Olonne (Vendée). Present on the set of 13 Heures, Thursday March 14, journalist Valérie Heurtel explains that“another formula is being put in place: ‘Healing in the mountains’”.

The journalist presents another initiative, that of Fémi. To bring happiness, this choreographer at the Opéra Garnier offers dancing in his free time. “Suddenly, he stops, he starts dancing and in a few minutes, the whole street is on fire”indicates Valérie Heurtel.
