An assault in downtown Sainte-Thérèse reportedly injured three people around 3 a.m. Saturday morning.
The Régie intermunicipale de police Thérèse-De Blainville received a call shortly after 3 a.m. concerning an assault possibly by stabbing, reported Inspector Karine Desaulniers. The event occurred near 27 Blainville Street West, in downtown Sainte-Thérèse.
The three victims were transported to hospitals. We would not fear for their lives at the time of this writing.
No arrests have been made for the moment, since the team is still at the beginning of the investigation, said the inspector.
The forensic identification service of the Régie intermunicipale de police Thérèse-De-Blainville will go to the scene to find out more about the causes and circumstances of the attack.
