The Sûreté du Québec launched an Amber Alert to find Charles and Evelyne Gourgues, 2 and 3 years old, missing in Saint-Vallier, in Chaudière-Appalaches. Keven Gourgues, 40, allegedly took them away.

They could be in a white Honda Civic with a black hood, registered 53V ACE.
The 40-year-old man is said to be 1.70 meters (5 feet 7) tall and weigh 84 kg (185 lbs).
