Elisabeth Borne spoke during a visit to the LGBT + center in Orléans (Loiret), on the occasion of the fortieth anniversary of the repeal of discrimination between heterosexual and homosexual relations introduced into the Penal Code by the Vichy regime . The Prime Minister also announced the establishment of a fund of 3 million euros with the aim of creating ten new LGBT + centers and financing those that already exist. “We want there to be at least two centers in each region of France and at least one center in each overseas region”, she added.
