The operation will last several hours. Engaged since the beginning of the morning of this Monday on the site of a farm specializing in the sector of activity of dairy cow breeding, located at a place called La Jolais in Marsac-sur-Don, some 22 engineers from Loire-Atlantique put out a fire that completely destroyed a 1,300 square meter fodder shed.
All cattle are safe
According to the emergency services, seven cattle had to be taken out in order to be brought to safety while the shed was “fully ablaze“. Eight fire engines were mobilized to put out this fire, the origin of which remains unknown at this stage.
