An adapted restaurant hires three people with disabilities in Angoulême

In companies, working conditions and workstation arrangements are increasing. This is also the case in catering. In Charente, in Angoulême, a restaurant in the city center, “Au jardin”, will welcome three people with disabilities by the end of the year. Camille, 28, who suffers from cognitive disorders, has just spent two weeks there in a period of work experience, with success. It begins April 25.

Open one or two evenings a week

This is the concept of the adapted restaurant: creating proximity between the disabled and the able-bodied. Everything is thought out to create the arrangements necessary for the supervision of these different employees. The restaurant “Au Jardin” should hire one or two other people with disabilities by the end of the year to strengthen the team and open one or two evenings a week.
