A teacher from Abbeville, in the Somme, was taken into police custody on Wednesday February 28, suspected of having behaved inappropriately during a lesson, reveals France Bleu Picardie. The teacher is also suspended as a precautionary measure by the rectorate.

According to information from France Bleu Picardie, several corroborating testimonies report that this professor, aged 33 and who teaches in the private Catholic group Saint-Pierre in Abbeville, made two schoolgirls listen to an audio recording of orgasm. He is accused of having broadcast it during his lesson, without the consent of the two students and with the aim that they would then reproduce it in a drawing. Still according to information from France Bleu Picardie, the teacher then asked the children not to talk to their parents about this episode.

His computer and camera seized

On February 8, a family at the school reported their behavior to management. The next day, the director of the establishment reported these facts to the Amiens public prosecutor, as required by law. For the moment, the parents of the two girls have not filed a complaint. An investigation was opened and the teacher’s work computer and his camera were seized for analysis. The professor’s lawyer, Maître Jérôme Crépin, believes that this is a “aberration, of a moral trial” and evokes “an awkwardness” of his client.
