For an hour, in front of her 40 students, she shows the stretches and the work on the abs and joints to be carried out. Students aged 68 to 88 years old. Classes inspired by a famous TV show
It was a famous TV show from the 1980s, “Gym Tonic”, which gave him the idea. “It was the time when it was very fashionable. (…) I said to myself: ‘Maybe I can do the same’”says Maryvonne Simonneaux. “She’s great”, assures one of her students.
