Amir under “drug treatment”: he tells about his turbulent youth

Amir is a solar artist, who constantly communicates his joy of living. By leaving several days in the Jura with Raphaël de Casabianca for the shooting of a new number of Our unknown lands, broadcast on November 2 on France 2, the 37-year-old singer has lost some of his bearings. Used to being constantly hung up on his phone, he had a hard time having to abandon it for several days. “In life, I rarely face this void. I’m hyperactive hooked up to my cell phone. I use it like a computer to move forward on my many projects“, he explains in an interview with the magazine Big Channel TV.

During this interview, Amir also confides in his childhood and the disorder from which he suffered and which followed him during a large part of his schooling. “I was an ‘ADHD child’“, he admits, ADHD means attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity. This pathology had an impact on his school life:”In elementary school, I finished before the others, and a small corner had been set up in the classroom to ‘isolate’ the turbulent student that I was with books.

Once he became a young man, Amir was able to be helped to channel himself and live with this attention disorder that sometimes put him aside. “Later, at university, thanks to a professor in neuropsychiatry, I had access to a drug treatment, which allowed me to reach a normal level of concentrationThis treatment is no longer relevant to the one that was revealed in season 3 of The Voice, during which he reached the final.

During this interview with Big Channel TV, the one who is married to the beautiful Lital and who is the happy father of a little 2-year-old Mikhaël recalls again the handicap he has suffered since his birth: he does not hear in his right ear because of ‘a malformation.
