Former Paris Saint-Germain footballer Aminata Diallo, indicted for the attack on her former teammate Kheira Hamraoui, remains free and placed under judicial supervision, the Versailles Court of Appeal announced on Friday September 30.
She is suspected of being the instigator of the violence committed in November 2021 in Chatou in the Yvelines. The 26-year-old footballer was indicted on September 16 for “aggravated violence” and “criminal association”. She had been placed under judicial control by a judge of freedoms and detention on September 21, after four days spent in the remand center for women in Versailles. The Versailles prosecutor’s office, which had requested his placement in pre-trial detention, had appealed the decision of the judge of freedoms and detention.

The judge subjected her to several obligations, in particular, to fix her residence with her father, she is prohibited from leaving the national territory and from appearing in Ile-de-France. She must submit her passport to the registry of the investigating court with “weekly tally at the police station of her place of residence”. In particular, he is prohibited from coming into contact with the co-authors or accomplices but also with the victim and the witnesses and in particular the members of the team and the management of the PSG football club. Aminata Diallo must “provide a bond of €30,000 to be paid no later than September 23”.
Aminata Diallo denies any involvement in the attack on Keira Hamraoui. On November 4, 2021, in Chatou (Yvelines), the two footballers were returning together by car from a team dinner when they were extracted from the vehicle by individuals. Midfielder Kheira Hamraoui was then assaulted with iron bars and beaten in the legs.
