As he had announced, Philippe Hinschberger, deprived of Antoine Léautey, Gaël Kakuta, injured or even Nicholas Opoku rotated his team. It is for example the pair Ange Chibozo and Hassane Bandé who led the attack.

And the Chibozo-Bandé duo did not sparkle. Amiens was very little offensively in the first period. And it was Fabien Valéri’s Camblysiens who opened the scoring after a quarter of an hour. After an overflow on the left side, Mohammed Cherni found the other side at the far post. In the middle of a much too tender Amiens defense, Melvyn Dorémus, lonely deceived Paul Charruau (1-0)

Fofana equalizes

Chambly could even have doubled the bet in stride with a strike on the bar from Issiaka Karamoko. Gradually, with Jessy Benet in charge, the ASC woke up, without creating very sharp chances. But just before the break, the captain of the day, Mamadou Fofana showed his voice. With an uncrossed header, the Malian defender perfectly took over a cross from Jessy Benet to equalize (1-1)

In the second half, each team had opportunities to score a second goal. Owen Gene would have done it without a spectacular save from Simon Pontdémé, the Chambly goalkeeper. It was therefore on penalties that the two teams were forced to decide. A session perfectly mastered by Amiens.

Amiens cold blood

Abdourahmane Barry, Tolu, Sebastian Ring, Doums Fofana then Papiss Cissé did not hesitate to score. The unfortunate Issiaka Karamoko sent his shot to Paul Charruau’s post.
