In his first lap as a pro, the Calgary Flames prospect hit the target 27 times and was instrumental in 35 of his Stockton Heat teammates’ goals. His 62 points in 65 games ranks him 14th in AHL scoring and second among first-year players. There are still two regular season matches left for the Pelletier club.

The Quebec native was the Flames’ first-round pick in the 2019 draft. He was the 26th skater to hear his name called during this amateur auction.

In the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, Pelletier tallied 107 goals and 168 assists for 275 points in 210 games with the Moncton Wildcats and Val-d’Or Foreurs. He also represented Canada at the 2021 World Junior Championship.
