Amandine Petit surprised by her grandmother, former Miss, in full election

Beauty is in the family! Saturday 23 October 2021, Amandine Petit had a nice surprise from the Miss Normandy committee. The opportunity for Internet users to discover that another member of his family has worn the famous scarf.

Saturday was a particularly emotional day for Amandine Petit. That day, Miss France 2021 was in Coutances, a French commune located in the Manche department, in Normandy. There was the election of Miss Normandy 2021, a region that she represented a year earlier. To crown the person who was to succeed him, namely Youssra Askry, was therefore a special moment. But this regional election was also an opportunity for the committee to reserve him a nice surprise.

As Amandine Petit revealed in Instagram story, her grandmother Nicole Belloteau was called on stage : she then made her arrival, sublime in a glittery night blue dress, with … her Miss scarf! Because yes, she was elected Miss Normandy in 1963 (queen of the Château de Creully more precisely). Happy, she greeted viewers before making a lovely statement to her granddaughter (see slideshow).

Sylvie Tellier also wanted to say a few words to the beautiful 24-year-old blonde that she has been following for almost a year. “I’ve told you since the start of the year, but I often say that the first quality of a Miss France is to love people. And you have before you a young woman who loves people, who loves life. And she has shown it to us since the beginning of the year. There isn’t a photo she refuses or someone she doesn’t give of her time to, even though she’s only slept four hours. (…) Since this morning she has only thought of one thing, to make you proud of her. And I wanted to tell you Amandine, that I’m proud of you“, in particular entrusted the general manager of the company Miss France.

No doubt her grandmother and those close to her are also very proud of her. And the public will undoubtedly have a heartache when she crowns the new Miss France on December 11, at the end of the evening which will take place at the Zénith in Caen.
