From his debut on TF1 with Large families, life in XXL, Amandine Pellissard made it clear that all was not well with his mother Laura. A complicated situation that has lasted since the childhood of the candidate mother of eight children, which was marked by alcohol, drugs or even sexual assault. In an episode broadcast in 2020, Alexandre’s wife explained that she no longer had contact with her mother. The latter had not even been invited to her wedding. However, water has flowed under the bridge since then and the two women had apparently managed to find each other.
Amandine Pellissard and Laure even made a live Instagram together in December 2021. But in recent months, tensions have seemingly resurfaced. Indeed, still on the sharing platform, she announced that she had come to the end of her relationship with her mother. “I didn’t cut ties. But it’s a shortness of breath, on his side too. But when you have baggage [avec une personne]suddenly it goes up and then it goes down… After a while, it’s exhausting for my mental load. I want serenity because I’m turning 36 at the end of the monthI have eight children and I ate my black bread in quantity“, she justified.
Thus, Amandine Pellissard distanced herself from the grandmother of her clan: “At some point, you no longer crave adversarial relationships, fantastical or up-and-down stories all the time. I just want to have peace. [Entre elle et moi] It’s always been like that and at some point it won’t change! So it’s now or never for me to say stop. It was what had to be done. I preferred to say stop“.
