Sara Balzer and Sarah Noutcha, both from Strasbourg, failed in the team saber final against Hungary at the Cairo Fencing Worlds on Saturday. The French team leaves with eight podiums, including four titles.

The Alsatians Sara Balzer and Sarah Noutcha finally miss the last step of the World Fencing Championships in Egypt! A month after being European champions, the two Strasbourgeoises leave with the silver medal. They failed in the final of the team saber event, Saturday July 23, against Hungary (45-40), with their teammates Anne Poupinet and Caroline Queroli.
