Alma Festival | The Cowboys Fringants cancel their Tuesday show

The Cowboys Fringants must cancel their show scheduled for Tuesday evening, as part of Festirame, in Alma, because of the medical treatment that the singer of the group, Karl Tremblay must undergo.

The message published on the Festivalma Facebook page underlines that the Cowboys Fringants promise to resume as soon as the situation allows.

Les Trois Accords will replace them on the Place Festivalma stage. All holders of daily tickets purchased for July 11 will be able to attend the show.

Karl Tremblay announced last year that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2020. The Cowboys Fringants were in Terrebonne (June 23) and Granby (June 24) for National Day festivities . The group has many shows planned during the summer, including this Thursday, July 13 at the Festival d’été de Québec, in addition to a tour of France in the fall.
