The Tour de France is coming to Haute-Saône! The 7th stage of the Tour de France 2022, 176.5 km long, will start on Friday July 8 from Tomblaine to finish in style at the Planche des Belles Filles. Here’s what you need to know before you go.

- 3:43 p.m.: arrival of the Tour Caravan
- 5:17 p.m.: arrival of the first cyclists
Free shuttles
As with all editions of the Tour à la Planche des Belles Filles, free shuttles are available. Attention, all the shuttles are complete for the summit of the Planche, there are still places to access the chaining area and at the foot of the ascent. Reservations are made on the website of the Haute-Saône department.
For motorhomes installed at the Ballastières campsite in Champagney, shuttles will be reserved for them.
Traffic restrictions
Several roads will be closed to traffic:
- The RD 486 from the interchange with the RN 19 to Lure at the RD 486 / RD 97 crossroads closed on 08/07 from 1:25 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- The RD 97 from the RD 486 / RD 97 crossroads in Belonchamp to the RD 97 / RD 98 crossroads (Col de la Chevestraye) closed on 08/07 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- The RD 97 from the RD 97 / RD 98 crossroads to the RD 97 / RD 16 crossroads in Plancher-Bas closed on 08/07 from 07:00 to 23:00 in the direction of Fresse to RD 16 and from 07:00 to 17:45 in the other direction
- The RD16 between Plancher-Bas (intersection RD 97 / RD 16) and Plancher-les-Mines (intersection RD 16 / RD 16E) closed on 08/07 from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in both directions
- The ascent of La Planche des Belles Filles (intersection RD 16 / RD 16E), closed from 07/07 at 8:00 a.m. to 08/07 at 11:00 p.m.
Access on foot
The public will also be able to access the Planche des Belles Filles by the paths and forest roads from the municipalities of Auxelles-Haut, Giromagny, Lepuix, and the Ballon d’Alsace.
- From Lepuix, the public will pass by the Belles Filles pond and the marked hiking trail to reach La Planche
- From Giromagny, the public will pass by the Col du Querty and the Plain du Querty, also on the hiking trails
- From Auxelles-Haut, the public will take the direction of Mont Ménard then La Planche
- From the summit part of the Ballon d’Alsace, the public can reach the finish point of the race via the cross-country ski trail
