Billboard’s most recent data, which covers the week ending Dec. 9, places the 1994 song at No. 1 on the chart. top 200 global. A position that it occupied at the same time of year in 2020, 2021 and 2022. Last year the coin remained at the top for five weeks.
The star, who gave a Christmas concert in Montreal last week, is not the only one to stand out thanks to her holiday songs. Wham!, with Last ChristmasBobby Helms, with Jingle Bell RockAriana Grande, with Santa Tell Meand Brenda Lee, with Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree, also look good.
On the side of top 100 American, Brenda Lee’s song sits at the top for the first time since its release 65 years ago.
