The Courchevel skier, who left after ten other skiers, took risks to catch up after a half-hearted descent. The Frenchman came out halfway through the route drawn by his coach. He will still compete in the giant and then the slalom at these Olympics.
Alexis Pinturault, holder of the large globe, four times winner of the globe in the discipline (2016, 2017, 2019 and 2020) was eagerly awaited on this handset. It is the Austrian Johannes Strolz who wins the combined ahead of the Norwegian Aleksander Aamodt Kilde, and the Canadian James Crawford.
