Lacazette back home. Alexandre Lacazette signed a three-year contract with his training club on Thursday June 9. At 31, the French international striker (16 caps) arrives free from Arsenal.

When he was coming to the end of his contract, after 211 games and 73 goals in the jersey of Arsenal, the native of the capital of Gaul chose to relaunch himself with the club which launched him as a professional. Even often starting in the Premier League, he has scored only four goals this season with the Gunners, his worst total in London. He had joined the team then coached by Arsene Wenger in 2017 for an estimated amount of 68 million euros.

Lacazette played 286 games for Les Gones, for a total of 130 goals. His performances in Lyon had allowed him to join the France team, but he has not been aligned by Didier Deschamps since November 2017.

He strengthens the attack of a Lyon team deprived of European competition, after a disappointing season ended in eighth place in the championship. This is the first recruit of the Rhodaniens in this summer transfer window.
