The main objective is to allow spa guests access to physical activity differently from what can happen in a classic gym. The spa guests practice while respecting their bodies, their pathologies and their needs.
It all starts with a fitness check-up. This makes it possible to evaluate four systems: the muscular system, the cardiovascular system, the tension system and the motor system.
Then activities are recommended according to the assessment carried out, according to the pathology and what the client will need during the three weeks of treatment.
