Alexandra Lamy breaks the silence and pushes a big rant!

This Thursday, September 22 from 9:10 p.m., TF1 broadcasts “Touchées”, a TV movie carried by Mélanie Doutey, Claudia Tagbo and Chloé Jouannet. This fiction, adapted from the graphic novel of the same name, evokes violence against women. A realization of Alexandra Lamy who performs here her big premiere behind the camera. For her first steps as a director, Alexandra Lamy takes on a subject close to her heart: domestic violence. Her film “Touchées” follows a group of women victims of violence in the midst of reconstruction.

In order to best convey the message that she wishes to disseminate in her production, Alexandra Lamy also evoked her own experiences. Jean Dujardin’s former companion confides that she has already encountered violence in her daily life: “Young actresses, we have all been pissed off by a director. And it’s still super boring today. Ditto for street harassment. In Paris, it’s hell!“, she explains to our colleagues from Current Woman. “A few days ago I had to take a taxi at 11 p.m. while I lived 10 minutes away on foot.“, she says. “Being whistled and called a bitch downstairs is no longer possible. The worst is that we are almost used to it“, deplores the actress who hopes that associations and high schools will seize the film to make it “an educational support” and fight against violence against women.

Mélanie Doutey, who appears in the casting, has already praised the achievement of her friend and colleague from her Instagram account. “Thank you and Congratulations to @alexandralamyofficiel for your first luminous achievement congratulations to all your wonderful team and thank you to them“, she wrote in the caption of a trailer revealing the first extracts from the TV movie broadcast this evening.
