Alain Ruffault is the third chef from Loire-Atlantique to be honored by his peers with the title of Master Chef of France. And they are only six in the Pays de la Loire. A just recognition, awarded by the Association of Master Chefs of France which aims to promote the French culinary art, in France and abroad, for the chef of the Atelier d’Alain who never ceases, that to offer refined dishes, such as rabbit gigolette and fillet of sea bass, in an elegant and cozy setting.
The Master Chefs of France, including Alain Ruffault, aim to include the culinary art of tomorrow in a sustainable and environmentally friendly approach. These Chefs unite with farmers and other artisan producers, to highlight the products of our region in the service of beauty, goodness and health.
