(Paris) Alain Delon’s clan is torn apart: the French cinema icon announced Thursday that he was filing a complaint against his son Anthony after a shocking interview with the latter who denounced the declining state of health of the 88-year-old star and accused his half-sister Anouchka to manipulate him.
The spark came from a magazine interview Paris Match published Thursday in which Anthony Delon, 59, indicates that his father is “weakened” and “can no longer bear to see himself like that, diminished”.
The actor appeared emaciated in a photo published on the social network Instagram by another of his children, Alain-Fabien, on the occasion of Christmas Eve.
Anthony Delon claims to have filed a handrail (declaration of facts to the police or gendarmerie, without filing a complaint) against Anouchka, accusing her of not having informed him that their father, victim of a serious stroke at the summer 2019, would have failed “five cognitive tests” between 2019 and 2022.
In the afternoon, Alain Delon’s lawyer, Me Christophe Ayela, indicated in a press release that his client was “extremely shocked by the media outburst orchestrated by his son”. He specifies that he intends to file a complaint to denounce Anthony’s comments which aim to “harm” him and his daughter.
“What father could stand that?” », Reacted the star, quoted in the press release. Alain Delon “can’t stand the aggressiveness of his son Anthony who keeps telling him that he is senile” and “claims that he would have lived his last Christmas”, according to the lawyer.
Anouchka, daughter of Dutch model Rosalie van Breemen, also sent a press release through the same lawyer, denouncing comments of “abject immodesty” and announcing a complaint for defamation, slanderous denunciation, threats and harassment against Anthony.

Immediate response from him on Instagram: Anouchka visited their father on Thursday at his property in Douchy-Montcorbon “to throw him the Paris Match in his face and make him sign (this) despicable press release,” denounces Anthony Delon.
“I know that my father signed this rag without taking the measure, most certainly without even reading it, tired of all these conflicts which exhaust him,” affirms the actor.
According to him, the prosecutor, on the basis of a medical report from his father establishing that his “discernment is completely abolished”, “is considering opening a procedure for placing him under judicial protection”.
Asked about this assertion, the prosecutor had not responded by the end of the day.

The first part of the Delon affair, begun in the summer of 2023 in the union of the children against Hiromi Rollin, the woman who shared several years of the actor’s life, ended the same day.
On Thursday, the Montargis prosecutor Jean-Cédric Gaux announced in a press release that he had dismissed, for insufficiently characterized offenses, the two complaints of the three Delon children against the sixty-year-old whom they present as a “companion lady” , but who defined herself as his “companion”.
The complaints targeted acts of violence against vulnerable people and abuse of weakness, but also moral harassment, misappropriation of correspondence and animal abuse, with the children denouncing in particular the “denigrating and aggressive attitude” of Ms.me Rollin against Alain Delon.
According to the prosecution, no violence, no moral harassment or abuse of weakness could be characterized at the end of the investigations.
Hiromi Rollin’s complaint, filed against the Delon children for violence and theft during her eviction from the actor’s property in Douchy on July 5, 2023, was also dismissed for the same reasons.
Me Yassine Bouzrou announced in a press release that her client Hiromi Rollin intended to file a complaint with a civil party to relaunch the investigations.
“The concomitance between this disavowal, the new procedure brought by Anthony Delon against his sister Anouchka Delon and the announcement by Alain Delon’s lawyer to file a complaint against his own son Anthony, allows us to believe that justice has been exploited and that the only issue for the Delon children is financial,” writes Me Bouzrou.
Anthony Delon indicated in return his desire to relaunch this aspect of the case by becoming a civil party against Mme Rollin in order to “fight for the truth to be made”.
