Alain Delon will file a complaint against his son Anthony for defamation, announced the actor’s lawyer, Christophe Ayela, Thursday January 4. The actor says to himself “extremely shocked by the media coverage” following the interview given by Anthony Delon to Paris Match. He denounces comments which aim to “harm” to the star and her daughter Anouchka.
Anthony Delon expressed in the magazine’s columns his concerns about his father’s state of health and revealed that he had filed a complaint on November 7, 2023 against his sister Anouchka, who allegedly hid a series of medical examinations undergone by Alain Delon. “A person who is capable of manipulating their family and lying to them like she did is capable of anything”estimated Anthony Delon.
The actor “told me that he cannot stand the aggressiveness of his son Anthony who keeps telling him that he is senile, and what is even more shocking is that his son claims that he would have lived his last Christmas”declared Alain Delon’s lawyer. “But what father could put up with that?“, writes Christophe Ayela, quoting his client.
Complaint by Anouchka Delon against her brother
In the process, Christophe Ayela, who is also the lawyer Anouchka Delon, announced that his client was going to file a complaint against her brother Anthony for defamation, slanderous denunciation, threats and harassment.
Anouchka Delon “is particularly shocked and saddened by the false and insulting comments made” by Anthony Delon, according to his lawyer. She is “outraged that he dared to spread such allegations in the media, which hurt her, but which also undermine the honor and dignity of their father, his immodesty is abject”.
