Things accelerated on Wednesday, with the transmission to the prosecutor by the lawyers of Anthony and Alain Delon of requests that he be placed under judicial protection, “for health reasons”.
The prosecution took public note of these requests on Thursday, and announced that it had contacted “an authorized doctor […] in order to assess the situation of Alain Delon”, specified the Montargis prosecutor, Jean-Cédric Gaux, in a press release, assuring that this procedure will not be the subject of “any other communication”.

In focus, a possible measure of judicial protection, the system provided by law for adults who are unable to preserve their personal or property interests on their own.
