The airlines Air France and Transavia France are suspending their services to Beirut on Monday and Tuesday, “due to the security situation at the destination”announced a spokesperson for the Air France-KLM group on Monday, July 29. “The connection between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Beirut is suspended for the days of July 29 and 30, 2024”And “This decision also applies to Transavia France”he added. “Affected customers will be notified individually and options for postponement or reimbursement will be offered to them.”
The move comes amid fears of a military conflagration between Israel and Hezbollah.
