Agricultural show: an unmissable event to discover regional products

The Agricultural Show started on Saturday February 25 in Paris. In the aisles of the show, visitors flock to regional products. On the menu, there is saucisson from the South-West, oysters from Brittany and other appetizers. For the main course, seats are expensive. The Aubrac aligot is taken by storm. The fresh tomme mash is a hit.

Calories at all stalls

Some were more cautious, like two visitors from the North generously installed at the Allier stand. “We left early, 5amso we were a little hungry”says one of them. As an accompaniment to his piece of meat, he eats the essential potato pâté. Calories, there are at all stands, except that of mushrooms. The living room is also a great showcase for promoting the delicacies of a West Indian pastry chef. A showcase that nevertheless cost him 17,000 euros for the nine days of the show.
