The National Assembly voted on Friday, October 29, an extension of 20 million euros in favor of research against pediatric cancers by adopting the 2022 budget for Higher Education and Research, up by more than 700 million. euros.

Against the opinion of the rapporteur and the government, the deputies validated an amendment by the UDI Béatrice Descamps defended with great emotion by the deputy from the North. These credits are intended to supplement the creation of a cancer research fund and will be taken from the “space research” program.
