after the complaint against “TPMP”, she escapes with Joy far from everything!

Very active on Instagram where she is used to sharing snippets of her daily life, this Wednesday, February 22, 2023, Laeticia Hallyday unveiled several images of her snow vacation! A family vacation since among the photos that the beautiful blonde posted via her Instagram story, Internet users were able to notice that Joy Hallyday, the youngest of the clan, appeared on one of them. And good news for those who wish to know in which station the small family put down their suitcases for a short stay in the snow… Laeticia Hallyday took the time to indicate her geolocation.

Thus, it is at the Big Sky Resort, in the Mountain Village, in Montana (United States) that Laeticia Hallyday and Joy Hallyday hit the slopes together. A domain where skiers have at their disposal 250 km of slopes and 100 km of itineraries while 38 lifts can transport visitors.

Vacation after legal action

As a reminder, at the beginning of the week, Monday February 20, 2023, Laeticia Hallyday’s lawyer, Me Gilles Gauer, informed AFP that his client was filing a complaint against the program “Touche pas à mon poste” (C8) following remarks about his daughter Joy which “exceed the permissible limits of freedom of expression” because the victim is under 15 years old.

A legal action which follows remarks made by Kelly Vedovelli during the emission of last January 20. While the columnist commented on a TikTok video where the teenager could be seen in a swimsuit, the latter did not mince words by declaring that this post was “the pinnacle of vulgarity”.

“For me, it’s super vulgar, with her tongue, her mouth, her tits…”, added the beautiful blonde who had indicated that this new generation of teenagers worried her: “Whether it’s her or another teenager , you can’t do that! Because it’s the new generation, we have the right to be “te-pus” (“whores” in verlan, editor’s note) ? No but stopshe had concluded… Words which are now the subject of a complaint
