The negotiations for getting this deal was tough, but if you listen to the party leadership, that’s already over. “Oeven succeeded in influencing the discourse of the rebellious on Europe”, wants to believe a MEP. Meme on the side of the Insoumis, we applaud: “Julien Bayou was brave, it was not easy internally”says the rebellious Manuel Bompard.
The unsuccessful presidential candidate did not have harsh enough words against Jean-Luc Mélenchon during the campaign, and squabbled with the idea of participating in the Union Populaire. VSSome had predicted the party’s explosion after the presidential election, between the more liberal Yannick Jadot line and the more radical Sandrine Rousseau line.
