Asked, the management of Orpéa simply confirmed the inspection. The group announced Wednesday the creation of an independent evaluation mission, after the revelations of the journalist. The group claims “take very seriously” the facts reported in Victor Castanet’s book. However, Orpea dismissed charges “lies”, “outrageous” and “prejudicial”.

The CEO of Orpea is summoned on Tuesday February 1 by the Minister Delegate for Autonomy, Brigitte Bourguignon. This summons will take place at 9:15 a.m. at the Ministry of Solidarity and Health in Paris, at the request of Minister Olivier Véran.
