If Omar Sy and Saïd Taghmaoui left to live the American dream, other French artists seem to be following the same path. The proof, with this announcement made by a famous French Youtuber this Thursday, April 20 on his Instagram account. Yvick, better known under the pseudonym of Mister V, will soon play an important role in a Hollywood blockbuster: “Transformers” ! A franchise in which Omar Sy has already taken part in the component “Transformers: The Last Knight”.
“Extremely happy and proud to announce that I will be playing the role of Mirage”he proudly announced before specifying: “one of the main Autobots of the next Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts”. And chance does things well. Indeed, on January 31, 2023, Mister V released his second album titled “MVP” in which it appears, on the album cover, on an Autobot. A way to make his love for robots understood and the artist did not fail to recall it in the rest of his statement.

Mister V, soon at the cinema for good?
“Being a big fan of the franchise (cf: the cover of my 2nd album MVP) I tick a new box in the list of fulfilled dreams. Especially since for once I have a role beast”he continues, still happy, before giving information on the release date: “The film will be released in theaters on June 7, and it’s incredible. I’m not saying that because I’m (vocally) into it, no, it’s really good”.
After playing in “Campsite 3” alongside Franck Dubosc, “The Manor”, “Public Square”and of course “Pattaya”, Mister V therefore offers himself a new role in the cinema and undoubtedly the most glorious, to date, for him. Perhaps the first step in a grand new career in Hollywood.
